Farmstream Return Policy
Information on returning an item or order for refund or exchange, including details on our 30-day money back guarantee and 12-month warranty can be found below.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We operate with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return for either a refund or exchange, we do ask that you do so within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have passed, we will be unable to guarantee a refund or exchange, unless there is a technical fault with one of the products in your order.
To be eligible for a refund, your order must be in the same condition that you received it and returned in the original packaging. We do ask that you send your order back with a Farmstream returns form, indicating your reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange, or at the bare minimum, please include your contact details with your return. A Farmstream returns form can be found by signing into your customer account on the Farmstream website and viewing your past orders.
Returns under the 30-day money back guarantee are at your own expense and if required, we can assist with arranging a UPS collection of your order, or Royal Mail tracked returns label, with the cost of return deducted from your refund. Or, you may return via a courier of your choice such as Royal Mail. We do ask that you keep a hold of your return tracking number and postage receipt until your return has been processed.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will contact you by email to advise. We would expect a return to be processed within five working days of it arriving back with us. If your order has been returned for refund, then the refund will be credited to the original payment method and this can take 2-3 working days, from time of being processed, to arrive back in your account.
If a product is defective or damaged, either through delivery or if a technical fault occurs within the 12-month warranty, then you would be eligible for a refund or replacement product (depending on product availability). For a faulty product, our technical team would be in touch with tests to be run at the camera and if these tests are inconclusive, we would assist with the return of the camera for in-house testing. If a fault is then found, we would be in touch to arrange either a refund or replacement, depending on your preference. If you have concerns about a product received from Farmstream being either faulty or damaged, please contact email@example.com, detailing your name, the name and address the camera was ordered under and a short description of the issue you are experiencing and our team will be in touch to assist.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
