Update APN Settings
Occasionally SIM cards on certain networks are not automatically recognised by our cameras. To resolve this, you may need to manually update the camera's APN details so the camera can recognise the SIM card.

Step 1. Log in to you camera's router settings
To access and then update the camera's APN details, we first need to login to the camera's router settings as outlined below.
1. Stand next to your camera when it is plugged into power with your mobile phone to hand
2. Use your mobile phone to search for available WiFi networks in your phone settings
3. Connect to the WiFi network called MiFi using password 1234567890 (it is normal for this to say 'connected without internet', please stay connected and continue to step 4)
4. Once connected, open a web browser and enter 192.168.100.1 into the web browser and search
5. Enter the password 'admin'
Once logged into your router

Select Network Settings

Select APN
-
Fill out profile
Select Manual and then Add New, then fill out your APN details as shown below for your required network.
Once filled in, make sure to press Apply!

Below are some common APN details. If you’re using a SIM card from a provider not listed below, you should be able to find the APN details on their website. Let us know how you get on so we can get your provider's APN details added to the list too.
